Designed by a fan back in 2010, the Lepine Sunshine Hotel will bring vibrant colors to your modular city with its vibrant and fun looks. This modular home is modeled on the French Rococo style with some Eastern European flourishing. With a splash of light blue and gold from the street all the way to the roof, this corner of the hotel has three street-side entrances to the luxurious lobby. Inside, visiting the minifigures will see a large chandelier and a beautiful tiled floor in orange, yellow, black and white.
